My thoughts at this time are that I can see the finish line. I feel with each page completed I am able to see that the end is in sight. I have been spending an incredible amount of time on the website trying to get it just right. At first I wanted to just get it all done but now I am seeing a fully formed product and that is encouraging me to go back and refine my work, tweak some pages...
I have been jumping in, no time for hesitation, but if I begin to think, "Am I way off track here?" I then take a look at Gottfried's pages. When we were asked to look at previous cohort's material I found her's to be easily navigated and with solid information. I am trying to stay away from 'filler' talk for which I have a great knack. That is where I may need to make my final changes, cutting out some written material. I am trying to give the right amount but am not sure if it is too much. I am hoping to get some feedback from a few perspectives. Some like the details, some want a brief overview. The good news is that if there is too much on a page it usually means it just belongs somewhere else and so it is a cutting and pasting event. Having not found a way to fit our program assignments in neatly with mindfulness, then or now, I have started using the tools that I learned to present the information more graphically. So far I have created 2 info-graphics and a mind map (shame it is near invisible on the site even though it was typed in the biggest size possible). This is my attempt at dialing down the verbiage.
